Welcome to the website of Priyadham Annapurna Sewa Sansthan (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website, donating, registering interest to volunteer, or otherwise interacting with our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Use of the Site

You may use the site for lawful, non-commercial purposes related to our charitable mission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful content. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

2. Donations (INR) & Receipts

All donations on this site are processed in INR (₹). We may use a third-party payment processor (e.g., Razorpay) to securely process transactions.
On successful donation, we issue an instant e-receipt to the email you provide. Please ensure your details (full name, email, address, and PAN where required) are correct.
80G eligibility: CIT (Exemptions), Lucknow - Approval No. 2019-20/80G/10773 (28/11/2019); revalidated via Form 10AC order dated 28/05/2021, valid AY 2022-23 to AY 2026-27. PAN: AADTP8431F.
We may request additional information (e.g., PAN) for compliance and to issue valid receipts under Indian law.

3. Payment Processing & Security

Payments are routed through reputable gateways. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers. Transactions are subject to the payment processor’s terms and your bank/UPI provider’s terms. In case of payment failures, duplicate charges, or billing queries, contact us at info@annapurnasewa.org.

4. Volunteering

If you register to volunteer, you agree that your participation is purely voluntary and unpaid. You must comply with any safety, hygiene, and conduct guidelines we share. We may conduct basic verification where appropriate and reserve the right to decline or discontinue volunteer engagement at our discretion.

5. Content, IP & Trademarks

All text, images, logos, and media on this site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws.
Do not reproduce, adapt, or distribute our content or logo/marks without prior written permission.
If you submit content (stories, testimonials, photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for our charitable communications. You confirm you have rights to share such content.

6. Privacy
